Stexys is a digital platform dedicated to making event ticketing simple, secure, and affordable. We empower event organizers to create and manage events while providing a seamless ticket purchasing experience for attendees. Our services include:

• Ticket sales and distribution.
• Payment processing through Mobile Money, Bank Transfers (Nigeria), and Card Payments (all regions).
• Tools for event marketing and analytics.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

4. Ticket Sales, Payment, and Refunds

• Fees: A service fee (e.g., 2.5% per transaction, capped at a maximum fee where applicable) may be applied to ticket sales. Specific fee details will be provided during the purchase process.
• Payments: Payments for tickets are processed using the available payment methods. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees.
• Refunds: Ticket refund policies are determined by the event organizer. Please review the event's refund policy prior to purchase. Stexys is not liable for any disputes regarding refunds unless explicitly stated.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any local, state, or international law.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including reselling tickets without authorization.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Stexys or our licensors.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• No Warranty: Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stexys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use our Platform.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version on our Platform with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
